Pianist Ryan Stinson and Mountain Cove Bluegrass members Cody Harvey, Eli Beard, Tyler Martelli and Chris Brown, recently performed live with actor/entertainer Randall Franks, “Officer Randy Goode” from TV’s “In the Heat of the Night,” on WSM radio, home of the Grand Ole Opry, on the Allnighter with Marcia Campbell.

They also visited the Nashville studios of RFD-TV where Franks shared a nationwide interview, TBN Trinity Music City USA studios, and performed for Country Music Hall of Famer Mac Wiseman and Grand Ole Opry star Jesse McReynolds. The group also met with other Nashville music industry executives. Stinson and several members of Mountain Cove Bluegrass are recipients of the Share America Foundation’s Pearl and Floyd Franks Scholarship.
